1. Who We Are

SudokuStreak (the "Service") is operated by Tamabaja, s.r.o., Kukučínova 770/52, 024 01 Kysucké Nové Mesto, Slovak Republic, IČO 52 834 646, registered with the Commercial Register of the Žilina District Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 73791/L ("we", "us"). Contact: admin@sudokustreak.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SudokuStreak you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for general audiences. If you are under 16, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in line with applicable law.

4. Use of the Service

SudokuStreak is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts or other automated means to manipulate scores, streaks or leaderboards;
  • Attempt to probe, disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the Service;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

5. Accounts

You can play anonymously or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

6. Intellectual Property

The SudokuStreak application, its code, design and branding are owned by Tamabaja, s.r.o. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them. Generated puzzles are provided for your personal use.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. As a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
